Thesis type EXPERIMENTAL AND SIMULATION
Description In Europe timber structures are mainly found in combination with masonry infills, and in roof structures and floor slab of traditional buildings. The seismic strengthening should maintain timber member elastic, and develop as much as possible the post-elastic behavior of joints. Different criteria for seismic strengthening of floor slabs will be analyzed.
