Description In this thesis Machine Learning algorithms are used to optimize the process parameters employed for the production of plastic components with the FDM technique. The student will produce specimens with different combinations of process parameters with an FDM machine. Thereafter, experimental tests on the produced specimens will be carried out. Finally, the results of the experimental tests will be analyzed with Machine Learning algorithms to determine the combination of process parameters that allows to maximize the mechanical properties.
