Description • Electrophoretic deposition of iron and copper doped coatings: 5Fe5CuMCO and 10Fe10CuMCO.
EPD suspension and deposition parameters have already been optimised
Preliminary morphological, compositional and microstructural characterisation (SEM, EDS, XRD) have been done. TEM characterization ongoing.
The sintering procedure have been optimised (reduction at 1000°C Ar/H2, 2h + re-oxidation at 900°C air 2h – same as TEM samples).
• Electrophoretic deposition of ceria doped/ceria composite – MCO
EPD suspension, deposition parameters and sintering procedure have to be fully optimized for ceria-MCO deposition.
