Description The Performance of Electrochemical Sensors are here investigated by literature search as well as by a theoretical investigation dealing with the materials used for obtained nano materials with same/similar shape and size. In particular, the different Fermi levels of different metals in comparison with the different LUMO or HOMO (Lower Un-occupied Molecular Orbital, Higher Occupied Molecular Orbital, respectively) are considered to explain the difference in the sensor performance.
