Descrizione Designing a novel radiometer and power detector for automotive radar and measurement system applications. In this project, it is supposed to work with an advanced BiCMOS HBT technology to design high dynamic range and sensitive receiver and detectors.
Conoscenze richieste • Familiar with Cadence Virtuoso, MATLAB, and ADS (or AWR) software.
• RF and mm-Wave IC design (schematic to post-layout simulation).
• Linux knowledge is a plus.
• Measurement skills and background is a plus
• Team player, self-motivated and goal oriented.
Note • Literature study radiometer, power detector and OTA measurement concept (15%)
• System-level and feasibility analysis (10%)
• Circuit-level design using a modern BiCMOS technology (50%)
• Circuit implementation and tape-out (25%)
• Possibility to measure, characterize the device and system integration
