Description Discovering a powerful cancer treatment, Charged Particle Therapy (CPT) is like a superhero. It fights cancer precisely, aiming at tumors and not hurting healthy parts. Our mission: to refine this techniques accuracy through a high-performance data acquisition architecture. This leads to the accurate monitoring of the particles which are entering and exiiting paitients body, leading to accurate identificatio nof the type, size and shape of tumor, imoroving ub.vivo treatment verification. This thesis is in a collaboration with INFN Torino, University of Torino and CNAO (Centro Nazionale di Adroterapia Oncologica - Pavia).
