Description The aim of the study is the identification of optimized parameters sets necessary to build parts with Directed Energy Deposition technique. A bibliography review will precede the experimental campaign to identify the standard process parameters for the DED process. The testing phase of the study will be about the production of simple geometrical specimens (e.g., single track, thin all and single layer) and their subsequent superficial, dimensional, and structural analysis.
