Description Solbian is a leading company in the field of solar energy applied to mobility, with an ongoing commitment to innovation and sustainability. Currently, they are looking for an intern to join our R&D team, focused on the development of new topologies
for the electrical connection of PV panel strings for automotive applications, (refrigerated trucks, etc..) where special attention is required to the mamagement of partial shading (see cross-tied topology) and the reduction of the total length of the
cables used. The thesis will be carried out in Solbian, in collaboration with the research group on photovoltaic technologies coordinated by Prof. Federica Cappelluti

Required skills Master student in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering or
related discipline.
• Basic knowledge of photovoltaic technologies and automotive applications.
• Modeling and simulation skills with dedicated software.

• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
