Conoscenze richieste • Familiar with Cadence Virtuoso, MATLAB, and ADS (or AWR) software.
• Analog design flow and IC design methodology (schematic to post-layout simulation).
• Linux knowledge is a plus.
• Team player, self-motivated and goal oriented.
Note • Literature study about Passive mixers and high-Q N-Path filters (15%)
• System-level and feasibility analysis (10%)
• Circuit-level design (50%)
• Circuit implementation and tape-out (25%)
• Possibility to measure and characterize the device
