Description JATO is a market-leading company in business intelligence in the automotive sector, with operations in dozens of overseas markets. JATO headquarters are based in London, UK; a local business unit is present in Torino.
In the highly competitive automotive industry, understanding market dynamics and maintaining competitiveness is crucial. One challenge faced by automotive companies is timely identification of situations where competitiveness thresholds are exceeded, potentially impacting market position and sales performance. Traditional methods of monitoring these parameters are often reactive, leading to delayed responses and missed opportunities. The primary objective of this thesis is to develop a system using AI/ML techniques to create proactive alerts when competitiveness threshold parameters are exceeded. This system aims to provide automotive companies with timely insights, enabling them to take pre-emptive actions to maintain or improve their market position. The thesis will be carried out within the Data Science function in JATO under the supervision of an experienced member of the team.
