Description Carbon dots are known as one of he few objects able to get through the blood-brain-barrier. In the present work rugs targeting Alzhaimer disease will be attached to them and the impact of such combination on the Alzhaimer affected cells will be investigated.
The work will be carried out in the laboratories of the University of Miami
