Description The Politecnico recently redesigned its official app for students (called PoliTO Students) in collaboration with students and with Open Source principles.
A similar path is planned for a new app dedicated to teachers and staff of the Politecnico, creating a parallel app equipped with the necessary functionalities for the various categories of personnel.
The thesis will include an extensive phase of needs analysis through interactions with users, and through benchmarking with other solutions. This will be followed by a design phase through mock-ups and prototypes, which will be continuously validated with the target users. Finally, a first implementation (in pre-beta version) will proceed for internal testing.
The thesis result will be developed under an Open Source license and, if of adequate quality, may be integrated into the official app.
