Description Electrical Impedance Tomography (EIT) is a non-invasive diagnostic technique that allows to obtain a map of electrical conductivity in an axial section of the body. With the aim of decreasing the number of radiographs (and therefore of x-rays) to which patients with Cystic Fibrosis are subjected, this study aims to evaluate the information obtained by the EIT and compare it with that obtained from radiographs in order to see which of the two techniques correlate better with spirometry.
Required skills Programming in Matlab. Biomedical signal and image processing skills.
