Design and simulation of a circuit, based on memristors, for self-repairing solar cells

Description The aim of this thesis is the creation of a circuit, based on memristor sensors, able to measure the "health" of a solar cell inside a solar array. Another circuit will be used to change the connections between solar cells in order to maximize the energy production.

Required skills Good knowledge of digital/analog electronics, VHDL, Spice
