Description The proposed research activity addresses the development (in Matlab) of a tool for the prediction of the heathy status of an electrical or electronic power system such as a switching power converter or an inverter. The mentioned prediction is done by means of the estimation of system parameters (i.e., the values of system components) from external observations. System identification tools, machine learning techniques and optimization methods will be used.
