Thesis type NUMERICAL AND DESIGN ORIENTED
Description The thesis is about the elasto-kinematic analysis of an innovative double wishbone suspension whose objective is to increase the caster stiffness to obtain a better compromise between kinematic behaviour and reduction of the dynamic excitation transmitted to the body. The work will be based on simulation using multibody methods and vehicle level simulation.
Required skills kinematic and dynamic suspension behaviour, vehicle dynamics, multi-body system analysis.
