Description The latest technological developments in the field of geomatics are increasingly speeding up the survey and data acquisition phases of the built heritage. The generated point clouds provide fundamental support for the scan-to-BIM process which, however, still relies largely on manual and non-automatic operations for the reconstruction of BIM models. With this thesis we intend to investigate possible methods to automate the modelling process, starting from point clouds already segmented into the various architectural elements. Among the software proposed there are Dynamo or direct programming in Python, however other solutions are not excluded.
