Description The research aims to define a set of indicators to evaluate the smart cities projects in sustainable cities (resilience, safety, inclusion, sustainability) in the post-covid context in developing countries. This selection is sought to be made through the involvement of stakeholders of the housing sector in Brasil as a first case study. Still, it might also be open to being performed in other contexts to have a comparative analysis.
