Description The activity is intended for a Candidate who will spend a period of time working within the Engineering Department, at the Danisi’s Headquarter in Nichelino (Turin). The student will be advised by an internal Tutor
and their continuous presence within the Company is required. The Student will develop a study to evaluate the benefits of simulation with respect to real track tests, when the HIL system is set up, both in terms of environmental impact and safety for driver. Expected outcomes include the definition of some design criteria, the evaluation of a test case and a systematic discussion of simulation results.
Required skills Microsoft Office; Good knowledge of English (reading/writing); basics of motor vehicle technology.
Notes Foreseen time about 6 months. Activity: state of the art; identification of the vehicle CO2 footprint ; process analysis; test case study; vehicle Life Cycle Assessment and cost engineering, together with related metrics.
