Description The activity of this thesis is focused on developing new techniques for controlling electric motors for Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs) through GTM devices. The activity aims to create control techniques that improve current performance by utilizing the potential of new GTM devices and reducing energy consumption. This thesis is carried out in collaboration with Punch Softronix. The student will have access to a board with an Infineon GTM device that is actually used by Punch Softronix. The thesis is supported by a scholarship.
