Description The thesis provides for the acquisition of some of the most
up-to-date tools for the geometry modeling of composite materials,
considering that in the use of this category of materials the
manufacturing process, in addition to realizing the component,
determines the mechanical properties of the material, therefore related
performance as well. The tools used constitute a suite of the Catia V5
SW, which allow the volumetric modeling of the composite stratification
(layup), with the possibility of conducting producibility analyses.

Required skills Machine Design
Notes Location: the activity can be carried out at the company headquarters
(Chieti) or remotely, with remote desktop connection with the
possibility of using company-supplied HW/SW if academic resources are
not available.
