Description The growing demand for products derived from renewable sources and the development of circular economy principles have led to increasing interest in the extraction of high-value-added compounds from organic waste. This proposal focuses on optimizing the extraction processes of such compounds from waste generated in the viticulture and winemaking industry, which is highly significant in the Piedmont region. The aim is to make the process more efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally sustainable.
