Research Groups AA - Materials-environment interaction
Description The thesis concerns the characterization of resins and composite cements for dental applications. Raman and FTIR spectroscopies are used to evaluate the degree of polymerization of the materials used for dental inlays. Studies will also be conducted in order to assess the degradation of these materials as a result of interaction with the physiological environment. Part of the research activity will be conducted at the Dental School (UNITO).
Required skills Characterisation of biomaterials
