Description The thesis aims to develop a numerical model of the static and dynamic behavior of a magnetomechanical energy harvester (EH) based on the working principle of tuned mass damper (TMD). After the initial modeling phase, there will be an experimental characterization phase of a prototype developed in a Proof of Concept (PoC) project to identify its operating ranges and performance.
The thesis project aligns with the objectives of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) for the development of innovative solutions for energy storage from renewable sources.
