Description As part of the green new deal and the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions and environmental impact, a new material for thermal energy storage namely cement is being developed. In this paper, the use of different types of salts to be used within the cement matrix will be explored in order to understand which is the best solution with the highest energy impact to achieve the best thermal result.
