Description Goal of the thesis is to study the aerodynamics and aeroacoustics behaviour of an acoustic liner (a component conceived to reduce aerodynamic noise) placed over a rotor. The presence of the rotor generates vorticity that can alter the behaviour of the liner with respect to the undisturbed case. The numerical results will be compared with the experimental ones obtained on a simpler configuration.
