Description The objective is to investigate the structural potential and weak points of modular aeronautical platforms, composed of a "basic" aircraft structure on which to install modular payloads, based on the required mission profile.
Starting from a CAD model and the associated aerodynamic loads, the student will have to generate the FEM model with Hyperworks and carry out the related analyses.
Required skills Knowledge of FEM commercial codes
