Description The activity of the present thesis is oriented on the development of a payload based on SRAM-based FPGA that supports dynamic reconfiguration (i.e., the possibility to change the physical design on-site and therefore correcting errors and optimizing performances). The payload will be provided to ESA within a specific satellite configuration. The activity of the thesis may be performed in part in the ASAC laboratory http://asaclab.polito.it/ of Politecnico di Torino, DAUIN, and in part within the ESTEC laboratories of the European Space Agency (ESA) in Leiden, The Netherlands. The thesis is supported by a scholarship.
