Description The goal of the thesis is to address and solve the folowing challenges:
a) Determine along with the ADI product definer a range of specifications for an ADC that can meet the application targets relative to sampling time, accuracy, current consumption, silicon area, robustness …..
b) Select one of the possible ADC topologies after literature analysis and review of existing ADI IPs
c) Define a suitable ADC topology, design the schematics and run the relative analog or mixed mode (AMS) simulations
Required skills Good knowledge of Analog IC Design
Good English a plus
Basic knowledge of low power, low sampling rate ADCs
Proactivity and attitude to work in an international team
Flexibility to work on different tasks
