Description The candidate will be involved in the development of an experimental campaign on hazelnuts or other foods on the control of mycotoxinogenic molds. Starting from previous experimental tests, which have defined the measuring instrument and the trend over time of the development of mycotoxins under various conditions, we will now work to identify control tools and verify them. Food safety is a rapidly growing field, with good employment impacts.
