Descrizione Politecnico networking laboratories are equipped with high-performance state-of-the-art programmable switches. These switches are equipped with Intel Tofino chipset and are programmable with P4 language (https://p4.org/). They must be shared to the Italian academic research community.
Aim of the thesis is to develop a reservation system to share the switches across multiple concurrent experiments, enabling a multi-tenant approach as in https://www.cloudlab.us/.
