Description The main objective of the thesis is to develop a version of the ITACA Protocol specific to university campuses, including buildings and laboratories, that reflects their structural, functional, and usage uniqueness. The project aims to establish a national reference model to promote sustainability in the university sector, encouraging universities to increasingly serve as examples of sustainability and innovation at both local and international levels.
The student will specifically focus on analyzing:
- Existing methods, tools, and certifications for buildings and university campuses
- Analysis of existing methodologies and tools for assessing the sustainability of buildings and university campuses
- Identification and classification of the evaluation indicators used
