Description Digital Image Correlation (DIC) is a non-destructive technique used to measure deformations on components under load. Applying this technique to components with complex geometries produced via additive manufacturing requires specific innovations to address the unique challenges of such structures. This work explores advanced DIC techniques to optimize strain measurement and analysis in complex additive components. In particular, the optimization of image acquisition and analysis.
