Description Electrochemical biosensors, used for detecting biological analytes, can benefit from bioresorbable materials like molybdenum (Mo) for short-term implants. These implants enhance monitoring accuracy and reduce immune responses. This MSc project aims to optimize the electrochemical performance of sputtered MoOx thin films for pH and dissolved oxygen (dO) sensing by varying thermal annealing parameters. The student will learn microfabrication, thin film characterization, and electrochemical techniques.
