Descrizione A credential consists of one or more statements about a subject made by the credential issuer. A driver's license, for example, which contains name, date of birth, and other information, is a credential in which the issuer of the license makes statements about the license holder. However, the above approach may compromise the user’s privacy, being the credential in plain text. One of the solutions to solve the above problem is called anonymous credentials, that exploits Zero-Knowledge Proofs.
In the literature, some work is being done on post quantum anonymous credentials, and this thesis intends to follow this path. The thesis proposal is to research and figure out how to apply the state-of-the-art ZK-STARK proof system to an PQ anonymous credential to prove a condition called a predicate (e.g., I can prove to you in ZK that my age is over 18).
