Description The activity is in collaboration with Brembo, company leader in car brake disk manufacturing. There is the possibility to do part of the thesis at the company (Stezzano, Bergamo, Italy). Characterization of composite materials for car brake disk application. Thermal and mechanical characterization of the properties of composite materials used in high-performance car brake disk application. The objective is the development and improvement of materials, solutions and performance. The thesis activity involves tests and characterization done in the laboratory.
