Description This master's thesis work will be conducted in collaboration with the University of Naples Federico II and the CNR. The activity involves the implementation and subsequent testing of an innovative platform for electronics cooling using smart materials/actuators. Part of the work may be carried out at the laboratories of the CNR and Federico II (Naples). This thesis can be combined with a curricular internship.
