Description This thesis provides the chance to study advanced techniques in distributed control for multi-agent systems in space. The project involves addressing the challenge of synchronizing the orientation (attitude consensus) of multiple spacecraft in a robust and reliable manner. The student will work with sliding-mode control, which is known for handling uncertainties and disturbances, to develop algorithms that facilitate coordination between spacecraft without relying on a central leader.
This thesis will allow the student to merge advanced control theory with practical applications in the space sector, providing you with valuable skills and insights for future developments in this field.
Required skills Knowledge of Matlab Simulink, Basic Knowledge of Control Systems
