Description The thesis aims to provide an initial mass and energy balance for a carbon capture system based on methane pyrolysis technology.
It will be necessary to conduct an accurate evaluation of the currently available CO2 capture solutions in terms of yield and energy consumption, in order to establish a benchmark for the analysis.
Additionally, the potential benefits associated with the studied technology must be estimated.

Required skills Knowledge of natural gas energy production technologies.
Ability to synthesize a process into functional blocks and define a mass and energy balance.
Ability to conduct a literature review to determine the state of the art of the relevant technologies.
