Description The student will study the possibility of using worn tennis racket strings destined to the landfill as a recycled material to produce plastic fibers to create fiber-reinforced concrete.
A literature search will be carried out and laboratory tests will done to test the effectiveness of recycled string fibers in increasing the mechanical properties of concrete.
