Thesis type EXPERIMENTAL
Description The thesis concerns the development of a printing and integration process of conductive technopolymers on structural components. The technopolymer is extruded according to predefined paths and shapes, in order to create an integrated sensor on the component.
The technopolymer has electro-mechanical properties dependent on temperature, speed and extrusion pressure.
It will be the student's task to evaluate the performance of the conductive material in various conditions and determine the gain in terms of resistivity/deformation.
The sensor will then be used to carry out static (uni-bi axial) and dynamic analyzes on the response of a structure for mechanical or aeronautical applications.
