Description The work consists in simulations and/or implementation of video streaming communication over Wi-Fi networks based on innovative distribution coordination functions (already developed).
This thesis is in collaboration with the Istituto Superiore Mario Boella (ISBM).
Required skills # Good ability in programming, C language (C++ is a plus)
# Good knowledge of computer network architectures, wireless LAN knowledge is a plus
# Knowledge of the main video coding standards. Good results in attending the course "Processing and Transmission of Multimedia Signals" (ETIM) is a plus.
