Description Goals:
The thesis aims at experimentally evaluating some High Level Synthesis Tools, including, among the others: Cadence CtoS, Mentor Catapult, and Matlab HDLCoder.
For each tool and for some specific application domains (e.g., signal processing, hardware accelerators, ...) the most appropriate Design Styles will be identified and the related Design Rules properly defined.
