Description The cost estimation (with respect of software staffing) for new projects is a major activity to be performed quickly and well on projects quotation. To ease this critical phase is needed the development of a bottom-up estimation tool (based on early architectural definition block structure) which will mix engineering judgement and a formal approach on a divide&conquer approach.
