Descrizione Social Networks have introduced new ways of communication which may also involve citizens and public administrations. Citizens can now feel involved and enjoy an engaging experience in the democratic life of their country. Public administrations can benefit from citizens contributions and offer new services.
The thesis will begin with a scouting of the existing e-democracy apps/services. The final goal will be to define service scenarios (applied to Italy) and to prototype them
