Thesis type DESIGN AND SIMULATIONS
Description Requirement and architecture analyses are a crucial step of design of complex industrial systems, like aircrafts, motor vehicles, microsystems, industrial equipments. This final project is aimed at analyzing a mechatronic active suspension system for rotating shafts. It is developed within the frame of a relevant preliminary investigation, being among some urgent industrial interests for new design methodologies. Student will provide a trade-off among different architectures by resorting to numerical techniques like FEM, Multibody dynamics and multipurpose codes for simulation of dynamic systems.
