Description The thesis deals with the application of an energy management system, based on the UNI CEI EN ISO 50001 standard, to residential and office condominium buildings.
Within a certifiable energy management model, it is expected to develop a procedure for the collection and validation of historical consumption data allowing monitoring of energy performance and related costs. The energy savings resulting from refurbishment projects, also aiming at the acquisition of energy efficiency credits, will be analysed as well. The thesis work will be carried out at the consulting company Onleco in Turin, which offers a scholarship of € 500.00.
