Description In the context of Smart City, the proposed thesis aims to design and develop an user-centred App for Android that facilitates the movement of tourists within an Energy Park in the Orco valley. It will manage real-time and geo-referenced information about: (i) mobility (rental of hybrid cars, transfers with public transport and/or bike); (ii) places to visit; (iii) indications of certificated eateries located into the park itself; (iv) feedback provided by users. The Android app will retrieve this information by querying appropriate back-end Web Services to be developed exploiting middleware technologies.
