Description Advanced metallurgical study which analyzes the mechanics of heterogeneous materials and develops non conventional numrical models; it is required a multiphysical modeling of the laser processing of melting taking into account phase transformations across the sample; experiments will be performed in a private company near Venice.
Required skills metallic materials and technology, the finite element method; the knowledge of a finite element SW is welcome
