Description The student will face:
- Unconventional material characterization: Alumina, SiC, ceramic materials for power module applications;
- Definition of process parameters for marking, surface modification, laser cutting and / or welding of the analyzed materials;
- Analysis and characterization of the samples taken, with particular attention to the quality of micro machining and industrialization of the process;
- Definition of the industrial configuration of the process and possible testing.
Required skills Buona capacità di realizzare disegni con tool di progettazione (ex. Solid Works)
